We had a great weekend here with an amazing breakfast! Our room was modern and had separate areas for extra guests, separated by a curtain. Everything was really nice! 😊.

Suitable accommodation for one night. Separate room, very clean bed and fairly clean bathroom. Perfect and good setting, short walk to ski resorts, the hill side and Usseln.

I got a great breakfast with the best scrambled egg. The staff were all amiable and amicable. The location was unbeatable and marvellous in a good area, very close to the hill side.

My first room was rather small.

We had a wonderful experience during our two-night stay at this lovely hotel, where the breakfast was fantastic and featured the best scrambled eggs!

Big and clean room, near to the mountain for ski and snow if you have car.

Only speak in German and Dutch, the other languages nobody speaks

The room was very specious and had a great view

A member of bar staff not telling us that a cocktail was not in the offer advertised on the wall then charging us more. NB. this was rectified once we raised this with the manager and highlighted the misinformation and lack of prices on the cocktail list.

The location here is fantastic! It's right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient for everything. Plus, it's just a 2 km walk to the barbican. 🏙️.

Nice hotel with good facilities especially for families with children. Great breakfast buffet. Also close to Willingen ski area.

There was some confusion about the number of children. On the Booked.net site family rooms were not available so we booked 2 rooms for 2 people. When we arrived they provided us with 2 family rooms. If we had known before we could have booked only one room. Anyhow, we got more than expected for the same price.

Located just outside a charming village, this hotel offers easy access to nearby ski resorts and stunning surrounding areas. the staff is friendly and efficient, making for a pleasant stay. the spacious rooms are relaxing and feature comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and enjoyable views. the buffet breakfast has a great selection of delicious dishes, while the wellness area with sauna and pool is usually clean and fully equipped. While the onsite restaurant was not operational during our visit, there were plenty of nice dining options in the region.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the rooms were comfortable with good facilities. The location in the mountains provided beautiful views from the balcony. Additionally, having breakfast included was a great perk.

Wi-Fi could be improved.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony and the comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and we appreciated the presence of a small kitchenette in the room. the indoor pool and sauna were a great way to relax after a day of skiing.

The hotel's smoking policy negatively impacted our stay, as we were unable to fully enjoy the balcony due to the presence of smoke from neighboring rooms. However, despite these issues, our overall experience at the hotel was enjoyable.

Really good staff, comprehensive buffet meals with vegetarian options, convenient ground floor room with access to grass verge, beautiful valley view, hot water pressure.

Could not be improved in any way.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main road, which made it easy to get to meetings in the area. the room was clean and spacious, with a kitchenette that came in handy for a quick breakfast before heading out. the breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day right.

The lack of communication was disappointing. I had booked a non-refundable room and when I needed to change my reservation due to a course reschedule, I couldn't get a hold of anyone via phone or email.

I loved having a balcony with stunning views over the valley. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast included was varied and delicious. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it for a mountain getaway.
